3 SIMUDRIVE SD350 WIRING
The control box must be installed visually
and out of the danger area of movement.
For any handling inside the control box,
follow the following instructions :
• Power off the control box.
• Unscrew the 4 screws located on the
cover
• Gently open the cover
• Disconnect J5 terminal (corresponding to
buttons). Be careful not to pull directly on
the wires.
The control box has been designed to be
wired with conductors of 1,5mm² cross-
section for power supply and motor. We
advise to strip all connectors between 5
and 6mm. It is essential to use the traction
stops :
• 1 cable per traction stop for power supply
and motor
• 1 cable per traction stop for end limits
and motor safety chain
• 1 or 2 cables per traction stop for
command and external stop
The green/yellow wires of the cables
are for earth connection only (J10
terminal). They must therefore under
no circumstances be used for other
applications.
3.1 Power supply and motor wiring
With three-phase 400V power supply

Check the wiring on the motor terminal
block, it must be a star wiring (see operating
instructions)
