4. CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE PRODUCT
4.1. Contact information
If you have any questions regarding the use, maintenance or installation of a KARTSANA
product, please contact our Technical Service Area (SAT).
Any serious incident involving the device must be reported to the manufacturer and to the
competent authority of the Member State where the user and/or the patient are established.
4.2. Environmental conditions
Both for use and storage:
Recommended temperature: from -10°C to +60°C
Relative humidity: 5 – 95%
4.3. Cleaning
To clean the rail, use a cloth, rag or similar to wipe the surface to be cleaned with products
that do not damage the surface of the materials. If the surface to be cleaned is already
lubricated, re-grease it after cleaning has been completed.
Please use cleaning agents according to the manufacturer's instructions.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage or anomaly caused by a cleaning
product that may damage the surface of the stretcher materials.
For reasons of hygiene and preservation of the product components, the manufacturer
recommends cleaning after each use.
