The product should be stored in a clean and safe environment to prevent product
damage.

Removal Instruction:
1. Remove counter traction device, arm supports or other restrain devices from
patient.
2. Ensure head positioner lock is
unlocked and free floating.
3. Reverse steps bb to dd to return patient to
horizontal position.
Warning: Monitor the patient's head and neck during adjustments.
