Workpiece stoppers

The parallel stopper (3) may, in accordance
with the way it is affixed to the product, be
used for a variety of different cuts.
Cross or lengthwise cuts:
• The parallel stopper (3) must be mounted
with the higher side closest to the saw
blade.
Mitre cuts:
• The parallel stopper (3) must be mounted
with the lower side closest to the saw
blade. In addition, the mitre stop (9) must
also be used.
Mounting the parallel stopper

– Push the clamping screw (4) through the
hole in the parallel stopper (3) and lightly
screw into the clamping plate (16).
– Do the same on the other side.
– Slide the parallel stopper (3) onto the saw
bench (1) (higher side closest to saw
blade). Ensure that the clamping plates
(16) grip the groove on the saw bench (1)
properly.
– Tighten the clamping screws (4) on both
sides.
Setting the parallel stopper
– Gently loosen the clamping screws (4)
and slide the parallel stopper (3) to the
required gap.
– Tighten the clamping screws (4).
Setting the saw blade angle
WARNING! Risk of injury! Parts of
the body or objects located in the
adjustment area may be caught by
the operating saw blade!
– Only adjust the blade angle when the saw
blade is at a standstill!

– Undo the toggle screws (6) and tilt the
basic frame to the side.
• The set tilt angle can be read off using the
scale (5).
– Tighten the toggle screws (6).
Note:
Note: In the event that power fails, an
under voltage relay is triggered. This
prevents the machine from switching
itself back on automatically as soon
as power is restored. To turn it back
on, press the green I button on the On
/ Off switch (7) again.

Setting the cutting depth
WARNING! Risk of injury! Parts of
the body or objects located in the
adjustment area may be caught by
the operating saw blade!
– Only adjust the cutting depth when the
saw blade is at a standstill!

– Rotate the adjusting wheel (23) to the left
to increase the cutting depth.
– Rotate the adjusting wheel (23) to the
right to decrease the cutting depth.
Note: Bring the saw blade to the low-
est position every time, before making
a change to the cutting depth setting.
Then lift into the desired position by
turning the adjusting wheel from
below.
Notes regarding operation
WARNING! Risk of injury! If the gap
between the parallel stopper and the
saw blade is less than 120 mm the
push stick (8) must be used.
WARNING! Risk of injury! When
sawing, ensure that there is a suffi-
cient gap between you and the saw
blade.
CAUTION! Machine damage! 
Check the wood to be processed
carefully. Foreign objects such as
nails, screws and other similar objects
may seriously damage the machine.

– Set the required gap of the parallel stop-
per (3) to the saw blade (13).
– Set the required tilt of the saw blade (13).
– Switch the product on by pressing the
green I button on the On / Off switch (7).
– Place the workpiece up against the paral-
lel stopper (3).
– Push the workpiece towards the back of
the machine and saw in a single process.
– Use the red 0 button on the On / Off switch
(7) to switch the product off if you are not
going to continue working immediately.
