WARNING! Risk of injury! The
product must be set up in such a way
that is is secure, thus screw to a work-
bench, a universal under frame or
similar.
WARNING! Risk of injury! Before
conducting any maintenance, make
sure the product is unplugged (dis-
connect the power supply).
Mounting the upper saw blade protector to 
the splitting wedge and removing it from 
the wedge
WARNING! Risk of injury! Do not
tighten screw and nut too much. The
upper saw blade protector must still
be able to move freely.

– Insert the upper saw blade protection (2)
into the splitting wedge (10).
– Slide the screw through the upper saw
blade protection (2) and wedge (10) and
secure using the wing nut (14).
– To remove the upper saw blade protector
(2), carry the steps out in reverse order.
Mounting/adjusting the splitting wedge
WARNING! Risk of injury! Do not
tighten screw and nut too much. The
upper saw blade protector must still
be able to move freely.
The gap between the external edge of the
saw blade and the splitting wedge must be
between three and five millimetres.
The splitting wedge must always be aligned
parallel to the saw blade.

– Remove the upper saw blade protector.
– Remove the upper bench inlay (undo
screws).
– Use suitable tools to undo the screws
(15).
– Slide the slotted holes in the splitting
wedge (10) under the screws (15).
– Use suitable tools to gently tighten the
screws (15).
– Align the splitting wedge (10) with the saw
blade (13).
– Use suitable tools to tighten the screws
(15).
– Mount the upper bench inlay.
– Mount the upper saw blade protector.
Connecting the vacuum
WARNING! Risk of injury! Always
affix a suitable vacuum unit when
working with the product.

– Connect the extraction hose of the vac-
uum to the extraction struts (11).
Note: The adapter for the vacuum
connection must also be used to
make the connection.
Operation
Check before starting!
DANGER! Risk of injury! The
device must only be put into operation
if no faults are found. If a part is defec-
tive, it must absolutely be replaced
before the next use.
Check the safe condition of the device:
– Check whether there are any visible
defects.
– Check whether all parts of the device are
firmly attached.
– Check whether the safety equipment is in
faultless condition.
– Check whether the saw blade can run
freely.
– Check all workpieces for size to ensure
that they may be processed using the
product.
– Make sure you maintain a stable and nat-
ural stance.

On / Off switch
Note: In the event that power fails, an
under voltage relay is triggered. This
prevents the machine from switching
itself back on automatically as soon
as power is restored. To turn it back
on, press the green I button on the On
/ Off switch (7) again.
Switching on:
– Pressing the green I button on the On / Off
switch (7) switches the saw on.
– Before starting to saw, wait until the blade
has reached maximum revolutions.
Switching off:
– Pressing the red 0 button on the On / Off
switch (7) switches the saw off.
