Page 6 La Garantía no cubrirá la avería si es consecuencia de una incorrecta instalación, mal trato o uso inadecuado del mismo. La reparación deberá ser realizada por un servicio técnico autorizado por Kartsana o su respectivo representante. Page 7 R-419 / R-450 -S / R-800 y R-900 - Las camillas serie TGM-241 pueden alojarse en los railes de Kartsana, y es responsabilidad del operador que estos productos trabajen conjuntamente. - Si la camilla está ocupada por una persona de excesivo volumen recomendamos dos operadores para manejarla y asegurar al paciente.

Page 9 SERIE TGM-241 2.- MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES La camilla serie TGM-241 está adaptada para ser montada sobre el rail Kartsana R-419, serie R-450-S y R-800 y R-900. Para reducir al máximo el riesgo de lesiones al paciente y acompañantes en caso de accidente, se aconseja que se eviten los cantos vivos y las superficies salientes en el interior de la ambulancia, poniendo especial atención en las zonas próximas a la camilla.
Page 10 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2.2.- Funcionamiento y manejo de la camilla Para evitar posibles lesiones en extremidades y otras partes del cuerpo, no situar éstas en el recorrido de las partes móviles de la camilla. Nota: La parte delantera de la camilla se corresponde con la parte del cabezal de ésta. 2.2.1.- Puños extraíble Accionar el botón de la parte superior del puño, estirando a continuación para alargar la longitud de éste, hasta que llegue al tope.
Page 11 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2.2.3- Piernazal regulable - Botón para regular la inclinación de las piernas. Mediante el accionamiento del botón A y moviendo el piernazal manualmente, es posible regular, a la inclinación que se desee, el posicionado de las piernas. Una vez que dicha inclinación es la correcta y soltando el botón A, el piernazal queda bloqueado automáticamente en la posición requerida.
Page 12 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 La barandilla también se puede abatir lateralmente presionando las palanquitas rojas indicadas a continuación. Al colocar manualmente la barandilla en su posición vertical, se bloqueará automáticamente. Palanquitas rojas ATENCIÓN: Las barandillas de seguridad deben estar en su posición vertical o plegada para cargar o descargar la camilla en su raíl.
Page 13 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2.2.5- Porta-sueros La camilla va provista de un porta-sueros situado en el perfil lateral izquierdo. Con el pomo "A” situado en la parte inferior, fijamos todo el grupo porta suero sobre el perfil lateral donde convenga.
Page 14 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2.2.6.- Forma de asegurar los cinturones de seguridad del cabezal y de los pies al paciente Colocar los cierres (C) en la posición indicada en la figura superior. Pasar la hebilla macho (D) entre los anclajes (C) hasta que cierre en la hebilla B. Una vez que quede anclado el conjunto, centrar y tensar dicho conjunto regulando la tensión del cinturón mediante los extremos A y/o E.
Page 15 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2.2.8.- Desmontaje-montaje de los cinturones de la camilla Anclado mediante nudo.  Los cinturones del cabezal se montan en el travesero del mismo mediante un nudo.      Del mismo modo, los cinturones centrales se fijan a los perfiles laterales mediante un nudo.
Page 16 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2.2.8.1.- Posición de los cinturones 2.2.8.1.1.- Cinturones laterales Los cinturones se posicionan a las medidas aproximadas que se indican en la figura inferior. 2.2.8.1.2.- Cinturones cabezal Los cinturones deben hacerse pasar por los agujeros del cabezal y fijarse en el travesaño del cabezal mediante un nudo.

Palanca azul · Naranja (izquierdo) Acciona el plegado/desplegado pata trasera del carro. Palanca naranja Nota: Si lo que se desea es plegar el carro, soltar el mando momentos antes de llegar la pata a la posición de plegado total.
Page 18 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2.2.9.2.- Mando delantero pata delantera Acciona las posiciones intermedias de la pata delantera de la camilla (el punto de partida debe ser la posición desplegada). Nota: Para devolver la pata a la posición inicial de desplegado, se debe accionar el mando delantero y, manualmente, elevar dicha parte de la camilla para que la pata retorne automáticamente.
Page 19 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 1ª Posición intermedia Para evitar un peligroso movimiento de la camilla, aconsejamos sujetarla bien con las dos manos. Siendo así, se puede también inclinar la camilla sobre una sola parte (delantera o trasera) accionando los mandos tal y como se ha mencionado anteriormente.
Page 20 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2ª Posición Trendelenburg Para esta maniobra, es preciso accionar los frenos de las ruedas delanteras y colocarlas en la posición mostrada en la pegatina, antes de accionar la palanca roja lateral. Se posiciona accionando la palanca de posicion intermedia (roja) situada en el lateral derecho de la camilla.
Page 21 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DE LA CAMILLA SERIE TGM-241 2.2.11.- Palanca de freno Accionando con el pie la palanca roja, las ruedas traseras quedan bloqueadas por el freno. Dicho freno especial, tanto bloquea el movimiento longitudinal de la camilla, como el giratorio.

Unscrewing the knob “B” we remove the IV drip stand to the vertical position perpendicular to the stretcher, then we twist the knob again. Lever front leg control It activates the intermediate positions of the front leg of the stretcher (the starting point is the unfolded position). Note: To return the leg to its original unfolded position, activate the front control and then raise that part of the stretcher manually so that the leg returns automatically.

Il est également possible d’incliner le brancard d’un seul côté (avant ou arrière) en actionnant les commandes de la manière expliquée précédemment.

Pour l’obtenir, actionner le levier de position intermédiaire (rouge) situé sur le côté droit du brancard.

Le rail Kartsana fixe le brancard sur sa partie avant avec deux ancrages et sur sa partie arrière avec un ancrage (voir figures ci-dessous).

DÉSINFECTION Pour désinfecter le brancard, appliquer sur la surface à désinfecter des produits qui n’abîment pas la surface des matériaux, à l’aide d’une lavette, d’un chiffon ou autre. Si la surface à désinfecter est graissée, la graisser à nouveau après la désinfection. Utiliser les produits désinfectants en respectant les instructions du fabricant.
