La reparación deberá ser realizada por un servicio técnico autorizado por Kartsana o su respectivo representante. El fabricante no se hará cargo de ninguna anomalía producida en la camilla por el uso de productos no originales Kartsana.
  • Page 6 - Utilice siempre todos los cinturones de sujeción para asegurar el cuerpo en la camilla. Si no está bien sujeto podría caerse de la camilla. R-419 / R-450 -S / R-800 y R-900 - El carro-camilla TGF-241 S pueden alojarse en los railes de Kartsana, y es responsabilidad del operador que estos productos trabajen conjuntamente.

  • Page 8 2.- MANUAL DE INSTRUCCIONES El carro-camilla serie TGF-241S-S4 está adaptada para ser montada sobre el rail Kartsana R-419, serie R-450 -S y R-800 y R-900. Para reducir al máximo el riesgo de lesiones a los operadores en caso de accidente, se aconseja que se eviten los cantos vivos y las superficies salientes en el interior del vehículo, poniendo especial atención en las zonas próximas a la camilla.
  • Page 9 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DEL CARRO-CAMILLA TGF-241 S-S4 2.2.- Funcionamiento y manejo de la camilla Para evitar posibles lesiones en extremidades y otras partes del cuerpo, no situar éstas en el recorrido de las partes móviles de la camilla. Nota: La parte delantera de la camilla se corresponde con la parte del cabezal de ésta.

Fijación de cinturón en perfil lateral 2.2.4.- Posición de la bandeja superior La camilla se sitúa en el carro colocando las cuatro ruedas en los cajetines rojos correspondientes.

Palanca azul · Naranja (izquierdo) Acciona el plegado/desplegado pata trasera del carro.
  • Page 12 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DEL CARRO-CAMILLA TGF-241 S-S4 2.2.5.2.- Mando delantero pata delantera Acciona las posiciones intermedias de la pata delantera de la camilla (el punto de partida debe ser la posición desplegada). Nota: Para devolver la pata a la posición inicial de desplegado, se debe accionar el mando delantero y, manualmente, elevar dicha parte de la camilla para que la pata retorne automáticamente.
  • Page 13 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DEL CARRO-CAMILLA TGF-241 S-S4 1ª Posición intermedia Para evitar un peligroso movimiento de la camilla, aconsejamos sujetarla bien con las dos manos. Siendo así, se puede también inclinar la camilla sobre una sola parte (delantera o trasera) accionando los mandos tal y como se ha mencionado anteriormente.
  • Page 14 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DEL CARRO-CAMILLA TGF-241 S-S4 2ª Posición Trendelenburg Para esta maniobra, es preciso accionar los frenos de las ruedas delanteras y colocarlas en la posición mostrada en la pegatina, antes de accionar la palanca roja lateral. Se posiciona accionando la palanca de posicion intermedia (roja) situada en el lateral derecho de la camilla.
  • Page 15 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DEL CARRO-CAMILLA TGF-241 S-S4 2.2.7.- Palanca de freno Accionando con el pie la palanca roja, las ruedas traseras quedan bloqueadas por el freno. Dicho freno especial, tanto bloquea el movimiento longitudinal de la camilla, como el giratorio.
  • Page 16 En el caso de no hacer uso de los raíles Kartsana, se aconseja que el anclado de la parte delantera del carro-camilla se realice por los extremos de la barra con el explosionado del carro adjunto en este manual.
  • Page 17 FUNCIONAMIENTO Y MANEJO DEL CARRO-CAMILLA TGF-241 S-S4 3.- DESINFECCIÓN Para la desinfección de la camilla, hacer incidir sobre la superficie a desinfectar productos que no dañen la superficie de los materiales mediante una balleta, trapo o similar. Si la superfície a desinfectar está engrasada, volver a engrasarla una vez se haya finalizado la desinfección.

  • Page 28 TROLLEY-STRETCHER TGF-241S-S4 2. - INSTRUCTIONS MANUAL The TGF-241S-S4 trolley-stretcher is adapted for mounting on Kartsana rails R-419, R- 450-S inox, R-800 and R-900 To reduce the risk of injuries to the operators in the event of an accident, it is advisable to avoid sharp edges and projecting parts inside the ambulance, paying special attention to the areas nearest to the stretcher.

Clarification: The front part of the stretcher corresponds to the head part. 2.2.1.- Removable cuffs Press the button at the top of the cuff, and then pull it to lengthen the cuff, as far as it will go.

Blue lever · Orange (left): Folds/unfolds or activates the intermediate position of the rear leg of the stretcher.

Note: To return the leg to its original unfolded position, activate the front control and then raise that part of the stretcher manually so that the leg returns automatically.

Pour l’obtenir, actionner le levier de position intermédiaire (rouge) situé sur le côté droit du brancard.
