WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Requirements for the validity of the
warranty
 All MESTRA machines are guaranteed against any
manufacturing defect for one year from delivery.
 Delivery is considered to have been made from the
moment the product is made available to the
customer by the carrier.
 To service any warranty, it will be an essential
requirement to provide the purchase invoice.
Warranty exclusions
The device has been designed and built for use by
professionals in a dental clinic, dental laboratory or
jewelry workshop. No other application is foreseen by
the
manufacturer,
who
responsibility for damage of any kind caused by
improper use of the device.
Maintenance work specific to each device, regardless of
its frequency, is not covered by the warranty.
The following situations are excluded from the
guarantee:
 Parts subject to natural wear (spray nozzles, tubes,
lamps, filters, thermocouples, batteries, etc.).
 Breakdowns caused by physical breakage such as
casings, plastics, paints, enamels, glass and similar.
 Breakdowns caused by fire, flood, weather agents,
impact,
crushing,
application of inadequate voltage or energy.
 Breakdowns caused by misuse by not following the
safety, installation, operation, handling, cleaning,
maintenance or installation instructions that are
attached with each device.
 Breakdowns caused by the use of inappropriate or
non-original accessories or spare parts.
 Appliances that do not have an identified factory
number or that have been altered or deleted, or that
do not match the number expressed on the invoice.
 Devices that have been modified, repaired or
manipulated
by
personnel
MESTRA.
 Natural wear and tear from use does not represent
any defect.
 MESTRA is not responsible for any damage that a
device may cause to external elements.
 MESTRA reserves the right to modify the design,
construction and appearance of its products without
prior notice.
All demands that exceed the limits of this guarantee
are excluded, especially demands for compensation
due to loss of profit, compensation for use, as well as
indirect damages, as long as they are not mandatory
liability according to law.

Damage caused by transportation
 In cases where transportation is the responsibility of
MESTRA, the customer must examine the product
upon receipt. If any damage has occurred due to
transport, the client must immediately note it on the
carrier's delivery note and notify MESTRA.
Otherwise, MESTRA will not be able to claim from
the carrier.
Repair conditions
MESTRA will repair or replace the machine as it deems
appropriate, under the conditions stipulated below.
Due to this guarantee, our company is only
responsible for repairing or replacing the product or
part recognized as defective and returned following
the agreed procedure.

 During the period of repairs or changes no equivalent
equipment will be supplied.
 Defective parts or components removed will become
the property of MESTRA.
Repairs outside the mestra facilities
ESTRA will not carry out any repairs outside its

workshop and is exempt from the transportation costs
this may cause.
 Repairs made at the customer's home, whether under
warranty or not, are entrusted to the technical service
or
of the distributor that made the sale or to its
contracted technicians.
Send conditions
 Any product return invoking the guarantee must be
previously notified and accepted. To this end, the
customer will contact our after-sales service.
 The defective product will preferably be sent in its
original
packaged.

 The costs and risks derived from transporting the
product are the responsibility of the client and these
will always be carried out through a courier company
so that the merchandise is insured against possible
damage during the journey.
 The equipment to be repaired must be accompanied
by a note indicating the defect observed, name,
address and telephone number of the user. To speed
up the process, it is necessary to add an exact
description of the defect.
If the client requests the replacement of a component
under warranty, the amount will initially be charged.
The customer will send the defective component to the
factory for review and payment of the amount.
