Operation

Chemical exposure hazard. Obey laboratory safety procedures and wear all of the personal protective
equipment appropriate to the chemicals that are handled. Refer to the current safety data sheets
(MSDS/SDS) for safety protocols.
Gas inhalation hazard. Operate the instrument in a fume hood to prevent exposure to hazardous gas.
Explosion hazard. To prevent the increase of pressure in the tubes during distillation, do not cover the
ventilation opening in the tube caps.
