Assemble the tubes
1. Put the necessary
number of sample
tubes in the sample
tube rack (up to 21).
5. Put the tube in the
collector tube rack with
the sample tube down.
Compress the tube
Refer to Figure 5 to compress the tube. Hold the middle of the collector tube securely with one hand
while the tube is compressed.

2. Put sample in each
sample tube. Refer to
Method information
on page 16 for the
quantity.
6. Do steps 3–5 for
each sample tube.
3. Add the releasing
agent, neutralizing
agent and/or buffer
solution to one sample
tube if applicable.

4. Assemble and
compress the tube.
