COMPUTER OPERATION MANUAL
Operation:
1. Standby mode:
• After switching on, the model number and logo appear first.
• After approx. 1 second, the device is in standby mode (ready mode). Press
the computer to start training mode.
2. Press the computer:
• In standby mode, you can switch to training mode by briefly pressing the
computer.
• In training mode, the display mode can be switched by pressing briefly.
• In training mode, a long press for approx. 2 seconds stops the training, dis-
plays the training report and then switches to standby mode.
• A buzzing sound is heard when the computer is pressed.
3. Rotate the computer:
• Turn the computer clockwise to increase the resistance.
• Turn the computer anti-clockwise to reduce the resistance.
• You will hear a buzzing sound when you turn the computer.
Detailed description of operation:
When switching on, a long beep sounds and the outer ring of the computer lights up white. The logo
and device model are displayed (Figure 1). After a second, the computer switches to standby mode and
the logo appears on the display with a prompt to press to start. As soon as the device is connected to
Bluetooth, the Bluetooth symbol lights up (Figure 2).
