water tank, and no other liquids.

after each use.
Battery warning notes!
• Remove the batteries when they are flat or
if the product is not in use for an extended
period.
• Do not use different types or brands of battery
or new and used batteries together or batter-
ies with different capacities as these can leak
and cause damage.
• Ensure the polarity (+/-) is correct when insert-
ing the batteries.
• Replace all batteries at the same time and
dispose of the old batteries as prescribed.
• Warning! Batteries must not be charged or re-
activated by other means, taken apart, thrown
into a fire or short-circuited.
• Always keep batteries out of reach of children.
• Do not use rechargeable batteries!
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be car-
ried out by children without supervision.
• Clean the battery and device contacts as
needed and before inserting.
• Do not expose the batteries to extreme condi-
tions (e.g. radiators or direct sunlight). Other-
wise there is an increased risk of leakage.
• Warning. Used batteries must be immediately
disposed of. Keep new and used batteries
out of reach of children. If there is cause to
suspect that batteries have been swallowed
or have entered the body, seek medical help
immediately.
Danger!
• Handle damaged or leaking batteries with
extreme caution and dispose of them properly
as soon as possible. Wear gloves when doing
so.
• If you come into contact with battery acid,
wash the affected area with soap and water.
If battery acid gets in your eye, rinse it with
water and seek medical attention immediate-
ly!
• The connection terminals must not be short-cir-
cuited.
Inserting/replacing batteries

WARNING! Observe the following
instructions to avoid mechanical and
electrical damage.
To insert and replace the batteries (2), proceed
as shown in Fig. A.
Note: you will need a suitable screwdriver (not
included in the package contents).
Note: check the plus/minus poles of the batter-
ies and insert them correctly. The batteries must
be completely inside the battery holder.
Activating and deactivating
the locomotive (Fig. B)

1. Press the button (1a) on the top of the locomo-
tive (1) to turn the locomotive on.
2. Press the front button (1b) to drive forwards.
3. Press the middle button (1c) to stop the
locomotive.
4. Press the back button (1d) to drive backwards.
5. Press the button (1a) to switch off the locomo-
tive.

Press the button (1a) to activate forward driving.
Press the button (1a) again to stop the locomo-
tive (1).

1. Press the front button (1a) to drive forwards.
2. Press the middle button (1b) to stop the loco-
motive (1).
3. Press the back button (1c) to drive backwards.
Note: in order to start an action and end stand-
by mode, press the front or back button. Pressing
on the middle button activates stand-by mode.
