Hydraulic unit with control box (dead man's system)
Here, the hydraulic oil in the tank is fed to the cylinders via a gear pump driven by the engine. The oil is returned to the tank
via the lowering valve. The complete electrical system is located in the upper part.
Limit switch
The limit switch stops the lifting process when the maximum lifting height of 1900 mm is reached, thus protecting the
hydraulic system.
CE stop
The CE stop stops the platform at a height of 300 mm during downward movement.
Light barrier
Monitors the synchronization of the scissors and stops the platform if there is too much deviation.
