Replace battery / disassemble battery

Storage
When not in use, store the machine in a dry, frost-proof and lockable place. Make sure that
unauthorized persons and especially children do not have access to the machine.
Important notes on storing the battery to avoid possible damage:
Before storage, the battery should be charged. The battery should be stored at room temperature
(approx. 20° C) in a dry and frost-proof place. Avoid major temperature fluctuations (e.g. do not
expose battery to direct sunlight or store near heaters). Higher temperatures can lead to accelerated
aging and premature loss of battery function.
If the machine is not used for a longer period of time (>30 days), the battery should be disconnected
and removed.

Use only hydraulic oil that meets the specifications.
NOTE:
housing. When connecting the battery, make sure that
the poles are in the correct position.
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, STORAGE, DISPOSAL
Drain hydraulic oil
Place the machine on a level surface.
Position the dumper box in the highest position
and switch off the machine.
Place a collection container under the machine.
Remove the oil drain plug (1) and let all the
hydraulic oil flow into the collection container.
Close the oil drain plug again (1).
Dispose of the used hydraulic oil in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Fill with hydraulic oil
Remove the screw of the filler opening and fill in the
new hydraulic oil. Close the filler opening again (2).
N O T E
Lubricate the wheel axles (1) and tilt shaft (2)
with commercially available greases (NLGI2)
using a grease gun..
Make sure that the key switch and the switch for
battery are turned off (OFF position).
Disconnect the pole cables from the battery (1).
Loosen the battery support (2) and remove it.
Insert the new battery and fix it with the support (2).
Connect the battery to the pole cables (1).
There is a marking of the poles on the battery
