6. Initial Use
Before using this device for the first time, its internal battery
pack will need to be charged for a minimum of 4 hours.
1. Connect the USB Charging Cable (included)
to the USB C port on the bottom of the device
5
and the other end to a power adapter (not
included) or a computer. If using a power
3
adapter, plug it into a standard 110 VAC (5V/2A)
electrical outlet. Note that the device cannot
1
be used while it is charging.
2. After the device is charged, disconnect the
USB Cable and unplug the power adapter
from the electrical outlet, if applicable.
3. Adjust the belt clip if needed.
1
4. Guide the connection cable plug into the
socket on the bottom of the device (Fig. 3).
6
2
Do not pull, twist, or make sharp bends in
7
9
the cables (Fig. 4).
8
5. Now attach the supplied gel pads to the
electrodes. Therefore remove the protective
5
film from one of the gel pads (Fig. 5) and
3
attach the pad carefully to an electrode (Fig.
6), then remove the protective film from the
other side of the gel pad. Ensure that the
edge of the gel pad does not protrude over
the electrode. Applying gel pads slightly
askew will not affect the function.
CAUTION: Make sure to remove protective films carefully.
A damaged or uneven gel pad can cause skin irritation.
