Storage
If the machine is to be stored and not used for a prolonged
period:
e Empty the fuel tank.
e Start the engine and run it until the fuel in the carburettor
is used up.
* Dismantie the plug and pour a tablespoon of engine oil
through the plug hole. Turn the engine round with the
starter so that the oil is spread over the cylinder bore.
Then fit the plug.
* Clean the machine externally and oil in the metal pang to
protect them from rust.
s Store the machine in a dustfree and dry area.
(F) Rangement
Si la machine ne doit pas être utitisée d'un certain temps :
e Videz le réservoir de carburant.
« Démarrez le moteur et faites-le tourner jusqu'à ce que
le carburant du carburateur soit consommé.
+ Enlevez la bougie et videz une cuillerée à soupe d'huile
moteur par le trou de la bougie. Faites tourner le moteur
au lanceur pour répartir l'huile dans l'alésage.
Ensuite, remettez la bougie.
e Nettoyez la machine extérieurement et huilez les pièces
métalliques pour les protéger contre la rouille.
e Rangez la machine dans un endroit sec, à l'abri de la
poussière.
