engraved in the saw chain.
Another directional arrow is molded into the
saw housing. When looping the saw chain onto
the drive sprocket, make sure that the direction
of the arrows on the saw chain will correspond
to the direction of the arrow on the housing. If
they face in opposite directions, turn over the
saw chain and guide bar assembly.
8. Attach the side cover to the housing so
that the fastening bolt /hole and the hole/
pin are aligned with each other properly
(Fig. 2e). Place the side-cover nut onto the
fastening bolt and, using the multi-function
wrench, lightly tighten the nut by turning it
clockwise.
NOTE: Tension the chain by following the next
chapter "ADJUSTING THE CHAIN TENSION"
