This step is very important:
Before continuing with the assembly of your pergola, make sure that the diagonals are equal (accep-
table tolerance of 5mm ) so that the system functions correctly.
If the diagonals are not equal:
1-
Slightly loosen the rafters.
2-
Move the front section to correct the diagonals.
3-
Retighten the rafters.
4-
Check the squareness again.
