PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION

The UFB_V fan coils can be identified by the:
− PACKING LABEL
Placed on the packaging, displays the data
identifying the product.
− TECHNICAL PLATE
Located inside the unit, displays the prod-
uct's technical and identifying data.
WARNING: If the identification
plate, or any other means to
identify the product, is tampered
with, removed or missing, instal-
lation and maintenance opera-
tions are hampered

MAINTENANCE

WARNING: the air treatment unit is
connected to power supply and water circuit.
Operations performed by persons without the
required technical skills can lead to personal
injury to the operator or damage to the unit
and surrounding objects. Use 220-230V 50 /
60Hz POWER SUPPLY FOR THE UNIT.
The use of other power supplies may cause
permanent damage to the unit.
WARNING: check that the power supply is dis-
connected before carrying out any procedures
on the unit.
WARNING: Do not attempt to repair the unit
alone, this is extremely dangerous!
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Routine maintenance can be carried out by the

user: it involves a series of simple operations,
thanks to which the air treatment unit can
operate at its maximum efficiency level.
INTERVENTIONS
• External cleaning, weekly, to be carried out
with a damp cloth (dipped in water maximum
40°C) and neutral soap; do not use other deter-
gents and solvents of any type.
• Do not spray water on the outer or inner
surfaces of the air treatment unit (this could
cause short-circuiting).
• Periodic filter cleaning.
Cleaning the filter frequently guarantees
enhanced operating efficiency.
Check whether the filter is very dirty; in this
case, clean it more often.
Clean frequently; remove the accumulated dust

Once the filter is clean, refit it following the
removal instructions but in reverse order.
• Visually inspect the state of the fan coil
every time maintenance is carried out; any
anomaly must be reported to the After Sales
Service.
• Unit with Plasmacluster accessory: the
Plasmacluster ionising filter does not need
any normal cleaning or maintenance and
therefore should not be removed.
