CHARACTERISTICS

UFB_20_W is a machine for intelligent
under-floor installation, which can easily
be placed at any point of the raised
floor, and allows the user to control the
"microclimate". Each UFB_20_W includes a
fan, a regulating damper and an intelligent
regulator and will keep the room's
temperature as it has been sent, recycling
a variable mix of air from the room and
conditioned air coming from the empty
space under the raised floor.
The flexible office
It is possible to quickly and simply
reposition electrical devices using a data
and energy monitoring system in the
floor. The combined use of HBF and an
Aermec air-conditioning system makes the

presence of a suspension roof superfluous.
All services can now be easily accessed in
the raised empty space under the floor,
allowing for easy reconfiguration and
maintenance.
• The cabinet housing of the UFB_20_W is
an independent galvanised iron structure.
The UFB_20_W damper is made of
galvanised iron and is connected to a
synchronous motor controlled by the
control board of the microprocessor. The
UFB_20_W fan is a centrifugal fan with
a variable EC motor. The fan's impeller
and casing are made of antistatic plastic
material. UFB_20_W is equipped, as
required by law, with an electrostatically
pre-charged filter. This filter attracts and
UFB_W comes with:
• electrical cable (l = 5m)
• RS485 adapter

keeps all the suspended dust particles.
The functions of the control panel of the
UFB_20_Q W microprocessor are:
automatic regulation based on a return
air temperature sensor and the chamber
setpoint.
• Control of the motorised air damper,
thanks to two different temperature
sensor:

UFB_20_W is controlled by an on/off
switch on the cover of the electrical panel
and is located under the grille. UFB_20_W
is equipped with a temperature adjustment
switch for setting the setpoint.
Electrostatically pre-charged filter. Thanks to
its special features, this filter attracts and
retains suspended dust particles, ensuring
clean and breathable air for the whole
