Top cover replacement
1. Ensure that the bed is completely flat.
2. Unzip the cover starting at foot end of the mattress.
3. Remove the top cover.
4. Reinstall the new cover on the mattress and zip.
IMPORTANT
Only a Umano Medical service technician can perform a base cover replacement. If needed, contact the
Umano Medical service department.
Storage
The mattresses should be stored horizontally in a dry controlled environment. No more than eight (8) mattresses
should be piled on top of each other. The mattresses should be rotated every three (3) months.
When the surfaces need to be returned in service, allow a rest period to let the mattress adapt to the environment.
IMPORTANT
Ensure that the support surfaces are not subject to any UV exposure in the storage area. A prolonged UV exposure
on the top cover could cause decoloration of the product.
