4x M8 Washer [9]
4x M8 Standard Nut[10]
4x M8 Nyloc Nut [11]
4x M8x20 Bolts [14]
6mm Allen Key [17]
13mm Spanner [18]
WARNING
The left and right bolts of
the rails have not been
locked, and the seat may
loosen and fall off when
standing up the rowing
machine, please support it
with your hands to prevent
it from falling off.
Install the Main Frame[1] onto the Side Rail assembly.
Insert the 4x M8x45mm Bolts[13] and 4x M8 Washers[9] into the holes
as shown.
Mount the Transport Wheel assembly onto the Side Rails.
Do not install the Nyloc Nuts at this moment.
A) Stand the Rower machine as shown, Connecting the two holes at
the front of the Main Frame with the positioning pins on the front
brace.
B) Install the 4x M8x20 Bolts[14] into the front plate of the Main
Frame.
C) Assemble the M8 Washers[8], M8 Standard Nuts[10] and M8 Nyloc
Nut[11] from the inside of the Rails.
D) Do not over tighten the Transport Wheels Bolt as it may
inhibit Transport Wheel rotation.

Nyloc nuts must be on the top of the
standard Nut and the washer to properly
tighten the assembly.
Install the Nyloc Nuts on the Transport
Wheel.
