o Never immerse electrical parts of the product in
water or other liquids during cleaning or operation.
Never hold the product under running water.
o Never attempt to repair the product yourself. Refer
the product to a dealer or qualified service centre
for maintenance and repair.
o Always disconnect the appliance from the mains
when not under supervision and before assem-
bling, disassembling or cleaning.
o After switching off the iron and removing the plug
from the socket, leave the iron to cool on a firm
surface out of the reach of children.
o We recommend that you keep the original packag-
ing, as warranty customer service is not intended
to cover damage caused by incorrect packaging
during shipment to customer service.
o Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging mate-
rial away from children!
o If the device has to be disposed of, we recommend
making it unusable by cutting off the connecting
cable. We also recommend making the appliance
parts harmless, which could be especially danger-
