1. Examine the power and electrical parts of the unit. Make sure that
the ABS 2 power switch is set to ON. Make sure that the fuses have
not failed.
2. If the instrument still will not sample fluids, make sure that the
pressure and vacuum hoses are connected to the correct ports on
the rear of the sampler.
3. Make sure that the micrometer valve is fully open (set to around
20 on the micrometer scale).
4. Make sure that the sampler is configured to operate in the correct
mode. Make sure that the unit is not in Manual mode if Automatic
mode is necessary for the application.
5. If fluid runs through the sensor and the instrument does not give
count data, there may be a problem with the sensor. Refer to the
sensor operation manual.
