2. Loosen the sample line fittings on both sides of the desiccant
chamber.
3. Remove the old chamber and install the new one.
4. Tighten the fittings.
Clean the check valve

A / -inch or adjustable wrench is necessary for this procedure.

The check valve keeps line pressure through the sensor consistent.
Clean the valve when the necessary sample flow is difficult or impossible
to maintain.
1. Turn off the instrument power and disconnect the power cord.
2. Push the release buttons on both sides of the top assembly and
open the top of the instrument.
3. Loosen the line connectors and remove the valve. Record the
direction of the flow arrow. The arrow must point in the same
direction when the valve is installed after it is cleaned.
4. Soak the valve for a few minutes in a solvent compatible with the
sample solution.
5. Flush the valve with clean water and install the valve. Install the
valve with the correct orientation.
6. Attach and hand tighten the sample line connectors. Tighten the
connectors with the wrench. Do not over tighten the connectors.
Line pressure drier maintenance
There is no easy access to the line pressure drier. If liquid is found under
the instrument or if the line pressure drier fills with moisture, contact
technical support.
Replace the line fuse
A small flat head screwdriver is necessary for this procedure.
