1. Press the spindle lock button
2. Turn the mounting spindle

4. Set the desired disc onto the mounting
flange
(fig. B). The label on the disc

should always face the product.
NOTE
If the rotary direction is indicated on

your disc, ensure that it corresponds to
the rotary direction of the product when
mounting. This is indicated on the product
next to the spindle lock button (
Ensure that the mounting flange (fig. B)
u
is placed on the product in such a way
that the recesses in the flange grip into
the edge of the product. The mounting
spindle must turn simultaneously when
you turn the flange.
5. Set the clamping nut on the mounting
spindle again. The flat side of the clamping
nut must face the attachment tool if the
thickness of the disc receptor is < 5 mm.
If the thickness of the disc receptor is
≥ 5 mm, turn the clamping nut (fig. B).
6. Press the spindle lock button and turn the
mounting spindle, until the spindle lock
button holds the spindle flange in a fixed
position. Pull the clamping nut tight again
using the chuck key. You can let go of the
spindle lock button.

Support the plates or workpieces in order

to reduce the risk of kickback from a
jammed cutting disc. Large workpieces
may bend under their own weight. The
workpiece must be supported on both
sides of the disc, not only near the cutting
disc, but also at the edge.
Keep your hands away from the disc

when the product is in operation. Risk of
injury.
