6.2.2 Mounting float
The sensor kit is supplied with a threaded male pipe adapter (B) for
connecting the float (A) with a PVC pipe diameter 50 mm or 1
Choose the side of the pipe adapter which fits.
The PVC tube to be fixed (straight and angled, see Fig. 7) should be
allowed for by the customer.

6.2.3 Placing the sensor insert, DO 2 sensor
IMPORTANT
• Do not remove the silicon paste on the back of the sensor
unit.
• It protects the contacts from short circuit even if some water
has penetrated.
• The bracket for the sensor insert must be tightened and
slackened only by hand. (The sensor unit holder has a bayonet
fitting).
Disconnect the sensor from the power supply.
Place the sensor insert into the float as shown in fig. 8 (insert the
two lugs on the bottom of the sensor into the corresponding holes
on the transmitter).
Rotate the sensor unit holder onto the transmitter until the bayonet
fitting engages.
