4. Trouble-Shooting
Explanation
The machine searches for the initial
reference positions
Accutom-50 was started with the
cover open and did not search for
the reference position
You are trying to start the cutting/
grinding process or a dressing while
the cover is open
You have opened the cover during a
cutting/grinding process or a
dressing process
You are trying to start two different
processes at the same time
The set stop position is outside the
maximum range in the Y-direction.
(max. 105.0 mm)
You try to start a cutting process
when the relative Y-position is larger
than or equal to the Y-stop
The force has exceeded the force
limit (LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH) and the
feed speed is automatically reduced
The feed speed has been reduced to
less than 10% due to the force
exceeding the force limit
In connection with the grinding to a
STOP POSITION the relative X-
position is positive
In connection with the grinding to a
STOP POSITION the relative X-
position is larger than the pre-set
stop position
