If the robot has run out of power and cannot be started, manually lift it back into the
charging station and charge it before attempting troubleshooting. For other error codes,
turn off robot and restart. If none of these solutions solve the issue, contact TEXAS.
Regardless of the problem that occurs, it is always recommended to first try to restart the
robot and see if that fixes the problem. Turn off the robot, wait 10 seconds and turn it back
on.
For further assistance and troubleshooting, contact Texas by phone: +45 6395 5555.
1. Place robot in another area free of obstacles and restart it.
Check the charging station's LED diode while the robot is within the
work area. If it lights up red, it means that there is no signal through
the boundary wire.
1. Check if the boundary wires are correctly plugged into the
charging station connector (red/black).
2. Check if there is a breakage along the boundary wire.
1. Battery might be defect and need to be replaced. Try restart
robot mower and see if it works. Avoid extreme heat/cold.
1. Check if the charging head/pole is clean on charging station and
on robot.
The cutting area exceeds the cutting capacity. Reduce the area.
See instructions in the operating instructions.
1. Check if battery is very hot. If necessary, put the robot in
shadow. Wait until the battery is cooled off and restart.
A garage/roof protects the robot from weather conditions.
2. Check if the battery's temperature is too low (do not leave the
robot outdoor if the temperature drops below 0 degrees).
Wait until the battery is in an environment that are above 5
degrees and restart.
3. If that doesn't fix the problem, the battery is probably damaged
and needs to be replaced.
1. The upper cover may not be mounted correctly.
Press it firmly down on the machine (onto the 4 sensor sticks)
2. Restart the robot. Turn off the robot and wait 10 seconds.
3. Turn the robot back on, enter PIN code, press START and then
on OK. If the error code still appears, contact Texas
1. Keep robot ON for 10 minutes.
2. After 10 minutes you can enter correct password again.
1. The blades are wrapped with grass and cannot rotate freely.
Unscrew blades, remove grass and reattach.
2. Restart the robot. Turn off the robot and wait 10 seconds.
3. Turn the robot back on, enter password, press START and then
on OK. If the error code still appears, contact Texas
1. Check if one of the wheels can turn without resistance.
If so, the pipe split in that wheel may have broken and need to be
changed. Contact Texas.
