To select an area, click the "Drawing area" button. The entire area is selected by default; to deselect the
area, click on "Delete all".
Now drag the mouse over the desired area. Set the sensitivity using the selection bar. To save the area, click
on the "Save" button.

Configuration mode
Here you can switch between normal mode and expert mode. Expert mode allows you to set the sensitivity
according to image areas.
Sensitivity
The sensitivity determines how much movement in the image triggers a trigger.
Right: low sensitivity
Left: high sensitivity.
Arming diagram
To set a schedule for motion-controlled recording, click on "Arming schedule".
A new window appears. Here you can specify the days of the week and times at which the motion-controlled
recording should take place.
Now select a day of the week for the motion-controlled recording. To store specific time periods, enter the
start and end time. To set up all-day motion detection, select 00:00 as the start time and 24:00 as the end
time.
To apply the motion detection for all days of the week, tick the "Select all" checkbox. To copy the motion
detection to other days of the week, select the day of the week and click "Copy".
To accept the changes, select "OK", to discard them click on "Cancel".
Please accept the settings you have made by clicking "Save".
Linking method
Set here which action should take place when motion is detected.
Send e-mail: You will receive an e-mail as a notification, tick the checkbox.
CMS/Cloud notifications: Transfer of the event to the event centre of the ABUS CMS software and to an
accessible TCP alarm server.
FTP/Storage/NAS: Tick this checkbox to upload the motion-controlled recording to an FTP server/storage
card/NAS.
