Fault
Detergent residue.

Cause
Detergent dispenser cover 9*

does not open fully.

detergent tab tray 1B. These may block the
lid of the detergent dispenser and prevent it
from opening fully.
Do not place dishes or fragrance dispenser
in the detergent tab tray.
Detergent tab must be inserted flat and not
upright.
Dissolving time of detergent tab too long for
a quick or short wash cycle.
Use a detergent powder or select a more
intensive wash cycle.
Change detergent.
Use a more intensive wash cycle (more
water changes).
Arrange dishes in a sloping position.
Use rinse aid.
If required, increase softening setting.
Change detergent brand.
Clean appliance mechanically.
Increase softening setting and change
detergent if required.
Close salt dispenser cover correctly.
