ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Warning: Improper assembly of the machine can result in serious injury. Follow all instructions very carefully.
• The unit comes partially assembled. Only the handlebars and the wheels need to be installed.
• First, take all items out of the box, then check to make sure that no part is missing.
Assembly of the wheels
Note: See appendix on page 44 for the relevant pictures.
1. Install the bracket on the gearbox and align the mounting holes.
2. Pass the screw through the mounting hole and tighten and screw and nut.
3. Remove the cylindrical pin and R-pin from the bracket.
4. As shown in picture 4, install the resistance bar with a cylindrical pin.
5. Align the mounting hole with the bracket mounting hole.
6. Align the mounting hole with the bracket.
7. The wheel assembly is installed.
Wheel height adjustment (Fig. 1)
1. Hold the adjusting sleeve on the wheel shaft with both hands.
2. Pull the adjusting sleeve forcefully to make it jump out of the slot.
3. Move the adjusting sleeve up and down in the chute to adjust the wheel height.
Assembly of the handles
1. Attach the middle handle to the lower handle using the knobs and bolts provided. The knobs should be on
the outside.
2. Attach the left handle and right handle to the middle handle using the knobs and bolts provided. The knob
should be on the outside.
