2 Safety
2.1 Intended use
The product is intended for use in heating circuits only.
The product is designed for domestic use. This product can also
be used in a non-domestic environment, e.g. in a small busi-
ness, as long as it is used in the same way.
Observation of these instructions, the instructions for any ac-
cessories used as well as the specifications also forms part of
the correct use of this appliance.
2.2 Foreseeable misuse
The product is not intended for use in DHW lines.
3 Product description
The product is a fully insulated heating circuit distributor made
of steel. The flow and return chambers are thermally separated.
Depending on the version, two or three WPKI-HK(M) compact
heating installations can be connected. The compact heating in-
stallations can be mounted on the manifold with the same nom-
inal diameter without any additional accessories.
4 Installation
The manifold is mounted directly on the wall using the mount-
ing brackets.
The connections for the heat generator point downwards.

u Drill the holes for the bracket.
u Insert suitable rawl plugs into the holes.
u Fix the retainers on the short side to the wall using suitable
screws and washers.

1 Anti-vibration separation
u Fit the acoustic separation.
u Remove the front insulation shell from the manifold.
u Place the manifold with the rear insulation shell on the re-
tainers.

1 Washer
u Screw the manifold onto the retainers using the washers
and screws provided.
u Place gaskets on all manifold connections.
u Install the pipework to connect the product to the system.
Ensure that the pipework is not under tension.
The system can also be connected with cutting ring fittings.
Please refer to the description in the installation instructions for
the WPKI-HK(M) compact heating installation.
u Check all fittings.
u Carry out a pressure test.
u Fit the insulation shell to the manifold.
