11 – SPARE PARTS
Use only original spare parts referring to the drawing supplied with the pump. In case of loss, contact GMP technical assistance at
the addresses listed below, specifying the type of pump, serial number and year of construction, which can be found on the
identification plate. This product is free from manufacturing defects.

12 – WARRANTY
The warranty covers the manufacturing defects only for the goods manufactured by G.M.P. S.p.A.
The warranty validity is 1 (one) year from the date of delivery and applies only for products bought at G.M.P. S.p.A. office or at
authorized G.M.P. S.p.A. dealers.
The warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of parts recognized defective, to be done at G.M.P. S.p.A. or at authorized
dealers.
The warranty does not implies any possibility for request of compensation from the customer or from final users.
The warranty declines:
- if the Machine has been repaired, disassembled or forced by an employees not authorized in writing by G.M.P. S.p.A.
- if the broken down has been caused by mistakes in electric or hydraulic connection and due to the uncorrect and missing
protection.
- if the Machine has been subjected to overcharges above limits confirmed on Machine's label, uncorrect assembling or it has
been installed in not appropriate room.
- if the materials have been damaged or deteriorated to carry out contact with abrasive and corrosive liquids and anyway not
compatible with materials used in the production of pumps.
G.M.P. S.p.A. reserves the final opinion on the cause of the defect and if to recognize the total or partial warranty.
The faulty Machine will be returned to G.M.P. S.p.A. through forwarding agent confirmed by G.M.P. S.p.A.
The malfunctions of the machine due to anomalies of the mechanical part of the pump and of the possible frame are the exclusive
property of the G.M.P. S.p.A. Repair work carried out by unauthorized personnel, replacement of components with non-original
spare parts and tampering with the pump will void the warranty conditions.
