OIL REPLACEMENT
To empty and fill the oil in the mechanical seal chamber, use the special caps positioned in the flange. If the oil is emulsified,
replace it with new oil and check the condition of the mechanical seal. If the presence of water is noticed together with the oil,
the mechanical seal have to be replaced. To empty and fill the engine oil, use the special caps (if present) positioned in the flange
or the engine cover. After replacing the oil, tighten any caps tightly, checking the tightness of the gaskets.
For correct operation of the electric pump, it is recommended to use the type of oil (or similar) and quantities shown below.

The pumps do not require particular maintenance, however periodic maintenance is recommended in order to guarantee a long
life.
In particular, the following checks are recommended every 250/300 hours of operation or at least twice a year:
• Check that the current absorbed on the three phases is balanced and does not exceed the value on the plate
• Check the electrical insulation of the motor
• Check that there are no obstructions on the delivery pipe
• If the electric pump has worked with a liquid containing solid or dirty parts, generally make it work for a few minutes in clean water.
• With the electric pump NOT connected to the supply line, eliminate any impurities (mud, stones, etc.) in order to avoid blockage
of the pump.
8 – STORAGE
General notes
Store the product away from atmospheric agents, in a dry, dust-free place and possibly in its original
packaging.
• Storage temperature: min 0 ° C - max 50 ° C
• Protect the exposed metal surfaces (example flanges) with suitable means to prevent corrosion.
• If you plan to store the pump for a long period of time carry out the following operations on a
monthly basis:
ATTENTION!
In case of problems, replace or restore the damaged parts before starting up. If the pump is stored
after use, make sure to empty the pump. If the liquid treated by the pump is harmful to health, it is
essential to observe the following warnings:
• Wear the protective devices and follow the instructions provided in the product technical sheet;
• The liquid must be collected with care and disposed of in compliance with the regulations in force.
• The pump must be washed internally and externally disposing of any residues as mentioned above.

• check the correct state of conservation of the whole pump / unit and in particular of the
unpainted surfaces;
• rotate the shaft manually, in order to keep the bearings protected from the lubricant.
