HOUR METER
The hour meter is standard equipment on Models GT17 and
GT19 and is available as an optional accessory for all other

The hour meter is located under the engine hood, on the right

actual time the engines operates. Keep a record of hour meter
readings in order to perform Maintenance and Lubrication ser-

The hour meter has three indicating hands and is read as
follows:
WHITE HAND:
This hand should rotate any time the tractor is
running and indicates that the hour meter is
functioning. This hand will continue to operate
for 2 to 4 minutes after the tractor is turned off
-10-
since it is unwinding mechanically. The white
hand rotates once each minute.
RED HAND:
Indicates hours of operation up to 60 hours,
reading on outside circle.
YELLOW HAND:
indicates total hours of operation on inside
circle of numbers in increments of 60 hours.

Re-assemble cartridge and cover making sure it seats around the
back plate. Install wing nut and tighten finger tight.
NOTE: THE AIR CLEANER ON THE TWIN CYLINDER ENGINE IS
LOCATED ON TOP OF THE ENGINE. IT HAS A DIFFERENT CON-
