Operation to perform
Control all the components listed in section «PRE
OPERATION CHECKS»
Check the tightening of bolts, screws and nuts
Check the oil level and top up if necessary
Make sure the water filter is clean
Replace the engine oil (following the 20 first
operating hours)
Clean the air filter
Replace the air filter
Clean the spark plug and adjust the electrode gap,
if necessary
Control the fixing of the pump to the engine
Control the sealing of the connections
Replace the spark plug
Replace the fuel filter
Replace the fuel pipes
Clean the carbon deposit from the cylinder head
Clean the cylinder head
Control and adjust the valve clearance
Change the antivibratory mountings
Clean and adjust the carburettor
Inspect valve seats
Have the engine overhauled
