The following instructions apply to each starting:
1.
(ACCESS J 36-50 and ACCESS J 60-75): Open the fuel valve [Fig. 15];
2.
Put ON/OFF switch to ON (START) [Fig. 16];
3.
Put the speed control to MAX. (HIGH SPEED) position [Fig. 17 or 18];
4.
If the engine is cold, put the CHOKE LEVER to CHOKE (CLOSED) position [Fig. 19 or 20];
5.
Slightly pull the Recoil starter rope until it becomes a bit difficult. This is the "compression" point
[Fig. 21]. Let the rope coil back to its initial position;
6.
Then rapidly pull it [Fig. 22];
□ Do not fully pull the rope out and do not suddenly release it. Handle it gently until it is reeled in.
7.
Once the engine has started, put the speed control to HALFWAY position [Fig. 25 or 26];
8.
Let the engine run, for 3 minutes.
NOTE
If the engine does not start, although you have tried several times, contact your WORMS
Entreprises dealer or the closest After Sales Service.
6. USE
NOTE
The flow of the pump is controlled by adjusting the engine speed [Fig. 22]. The flow rate is
increased by moving the speed control to MAX. (HIGH SPEED) position [Fig. 17 or 18]. The flow
rate is reduced by moving the speed control to MIN. (IDLE) position [Fig. 27 or 28].
When the engine is warm :
1.
Put the CHOKE LEVER to RUN position [Fig. 23 or 24];
2.
For self-priming, place speed control to MAX (HIGH SPEED) position [Fig. 17 or 18];
3.
Adjust the pump flow using the speed control lever [Fig. 25 or 26].
NOTE
To save fuel and prolonge the lifespan of the pump, use the CHOKE LEVER to START (CLOSED)
position only when it is required.
