4. Trouble-shooting
Cause
RotoForce-4 is stopped due to overloading of
the motor.
The motor has cooled down after overloading
and RotoForce-4 is ready for use.
Supporting column too dry.
Air pressure too low.
The handle has not been pulled and
RotoForce-4 is at the moment unlocked.
Handle has been pulled without waiting for the
air pressure to drop to zero, to allow
RotoForce-4 to be lowered.
Dosing nozzle clogged.
The bottle has not been fastened correctly.
Cause
Abrasive too coarse
RotoForce-4 has the possibility of showing the
screen texts in Japanese. When choosing a
European language in the LANGUAGE menu,
you might accidentally press MENU m at the
Japanese option.
Action
Wait for the motor to cool down and the
PAUSE/OVERLOAD message will appear
on the display.
Restart RotoForce-4.
Lubricate the supporting column with the
grease Kilopoise Rocol 0868 delivered in
the packing box
Supply correct air pressure and restart
Move the handle to

Return the handle to

Clean the nozzle with alcohol
Fasten tightly.
Remember to hold back the socket cap
