USER MANUAL
Possible cause
The battery is empty
The UPS was shut down remotely
The EPO is activated
Power demand exceeds the capacity of the UPS
The load exceeds the preset value
The internal temperature of the UPS is too high
The ambient temperature is too high
Bypass voltage out of range
Bypass frequency out of range
The UPS is in converter mode (CVCF)
Abnormal fans
The battery voltage is low
Insufficient battery backup time
The battery has reached the end of its useful life
The battery pack is not connected correctly
Overload
Overload
Abnormally low impedance at the output; considered
a short circuit
The phase and neutral are reversed at the UPS input
Battery overvoltage; battery test failed.
Battery voltage drop too fast in standby mode
The internal temperature of the UPS is too high
Ambient temperature too high
UPS internal fault, + DC BUS voltage is too high
UPS internal fault, - DC BUS voltage is too high
UPS internal fault, - DC BUS voltage is too low
UPS internal fault, + DC BUS voltage is too low
UPS internal fault, the voltage difference between
the + DC BUS and the - DC BUS is too large
Internal UPS fault
Internal UPS fault; the inverter voltage is too high
Internal UPS fault; The inverter voltage is too low
Solution
Recover the input voltage and recharge the battery
Check the remote control
Check the EPO status
Check the loads and remove some non-critical loads. Check if some
loads fail
Check the loads or reset the pre-alarm value
Check the ventilation of the UPS and the ambient temperature
Check the room's ventilation
Check the Bypass status
Check the Bypass status
Check the user settings
Check if the fans work normally or consult the distributor
When the alarm sounds every second, the battery will be almost empty
Disconnect/protect the unit's load
Consult the distributor if you replace the battery
Check the battery to confirm. Check that the battery bank is correctly
connected to the UPS
Check the loads and eliminate any that are non-critical
Check if some loads fail
Check the loads and eliminate any that are non-critical
Check if some loads fail
Disconnect all loads. Turn off the UPS
Check whether the output and loads of the UPS are short-circuited
Make sure to eliminate the short circuit before starting it up again
Check the mains power wiring
Check the battery status
Check the ventilation of the UPS and the ambient temperature
Check room ventilation
