If the UPS does not work correctly, check the information displayed
on the LCD screen of the control panel and act accordingly
depending on the unit model.
Using the help guide in Tab. 22, try to solve the problem and if it
persists, contact our Technical Service and Support T.S.S..
When it is necessary to contact our Technical Service and Support
T.S.S., provide the following information:
UPS model and serial number.
Date the problem occurred.
Complete description of the problem, including the
information provided by the LCD display or LEDs and alarm
status.
Power supply condition, load type and load level applied to the
UPS, ambient temperature, ventilation conditions.
Battery information (capacity and number of batteries).
Other information that you deem relevant.
