NOTICE
• Check the coolant hose, seals and connectors for damage or leaks and replace if
necessary.
• Always wear your personal protective equipment when performing maintenance and
cleaning work.
1 Check that all threaded fittings are tight and inspect wear parts for visible damage. Replace
if necessary.
2 The electrode must be replaced if the weld penetration is deeper than 1.5 mm.
3 Clean the cutting torch body regularly to remove cutting spatter.
4 Check the safety shut-off mechanism's contact pins to ensure that their spring function is
working properly. If required, clean the protective cap's contact ring to ensure a reliable
contact. Replace if necessary.
