The spark plug should be checked at the beginning of every season.
•
Set the gap at 0.7 mm and reinstall. In case the gap becomes bigger than 0.7 mm, spark plug should be replaced.
•
Make sure spark plug wire is firmly attached to spark plug.

Store the machine in a dry place. If stored for over 30 days, these steps will protect basic engine parts from gum deposits and will ease
restoring you machine to service.
(1) Disengage clutch and loosen belt tension.
(2) Drain fuel tank, strainer and carburetor. Run engine until it stops. Empty totally the pipe of the fuel pump.
(3) Drain engine oil and refill with oil.
(4) Remove spark plug. Fill about 5 cc of engine oil into the cylinder, slowly pull the starter handle of the recoil starter 2 or 3
times, and reinstall the spark plug.
(5) Clean entire the machine, including cylinder fins blower housing and air cleaner.
(6) Remove grass and mud and oil the rubbing surfaces.
(7) Avoid sunlight and put the machine on a wooden-stock in a garage.
To avoid fire risk, wait until the engine has cooled down before putting it away.
CHECK AND MAINTENANCE
BEFORE EACH USE VERIFY:
Clean or replace air cleaner element every after 30 hours of use.
A dirty air cleaner element may cause lower out put of engine power or
damage inside of the engine.
NOTE:
Never run engine without air cleaner.
Dry inner element completely before reinstalling.
Do not use inflammable solvents to clean the foam insert in
the air filter.
IMPORTANT:
Clean regularly the fuel pump air ventilator (1) to avoid that it is filled by
the dust.
NOTE :
Before stored the machine for long period or wintering, emptying totally
the gasoline of the pipe and the pump to avoid change of gasoline
