(1) CHECK
(2) ADJUSTMENT
Stop the engine and disconnect the
spark plug before any intervention.
(1) CHECK
Remove side cover (19), and make sure that
the length of spring (20) is 68 to 71mm bet-
ween both holes of hangs on.
(2) ADJUSTMENT
Loosen the lock nut and then adjust spring's
length (20) with adjuster (21).
Stop the engine and disconnect the
spark plug before any intervention.
Adjust the tine break wire (22) in order that
the tine rotation stops in 7 seconds after
releasing the
tine clutch lever (10).
Attention to the break shoe (23), when the
tine clutch lever (10) is released, it should
not touch to the cutter pulley belt.
It is important to verify the state and the
wear of the shoe (23) very regularly, to
replace it if necessary.
Stop the engine and disconnect the
spark plug before any intervention.
Push on the center of top of crawler with
a load about 196N (20kgf), and make
sure that the flexion is 15 to 20 mm.
Also check that the tension of crawler on
the left side and on the right side are the
same.
Loosen the lock nut (1) of the adjustment
bolt (2), and then screw the bolt in order
to move the wheel (3) as shown in the pic-
ture.
Make same tension of crawler on both
right and left side and then fix with lock-
nut.
