Remove the belt cover (18).

Adjust the belt tension by acting on the ten-
sion nuts (15) of the cable at the level of the
handlebars.

CHECK AND MAINTENANCE
Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug before any intervention.
If the cable is too tighten, it may cause that the crawler training of the same side falls down.
If the cable is too loosen, stop of the corresponding crawler training is difficult. Proceed as
follows:
Difficult stop = Extend the cable by loosening the adjusting screw.
Difficult training = Shorten the cable by tightening the adjusting screw.
After adjustment of the adjusting screw, tighten lock nut.

Press and maintain the unbolting control
lever (24) then press on the control lever
(10), maintain the clutch control lever pus-
hed with a rope.
Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug before any intervention.
After adjusting the belt tension, verify the position of the control lever in neutral and start
the engine. Make sure that the belt quickly stops when the clutch control lever is released.
If this one does not stop quickly, adjust the belt guide and readjust the clutch cable.
The average effort on the forward clutch control lever has to be between 60 and 80 N (6 in
8 kg) by pressing in the central part of the control lever.

Adjust the bend to become between 10 to
20 mm when push center of cutter pulley
belt.
Stop the engine and disconnect
the spark plug before any interven-
tion.
When the forward clutch control lever (3 )
is in low position (put into gear), the spring
(16) must be free.

For adjustment of this cable, position of
the control lever at the top, machine stop-
ped, adjust the tension nuts (17) so that the
spring (16) is of a length from 66 to 67 bet-
