Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug
before any intervention.
Loosen the lock nut (1), and then turn the adjustment screw (2)
to the left, to stretch the crawler in order that
you can take out sprocket and crawler.
Remove old crawler and replace with new one.
Adjust the tension of crawler with adjustment bolt (2), see C7.
Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug
before any intervention..
Every 100 hours of use:
Check oil seal (1), of crawler wheel. If there is any abnor-
mality, replace with new one.
Stop the engine and disconnect the spark plug
before any intervention.
Crawler guide (1) is a consumptive part. Check and replace
when it is worn.
To take out crawler guide, remove the two bolts (2) which fix
the guide (1), replace with new one.
