    INTRODUCTION Merci pour votre achat. Ce broyeur a été conçu et fabriqué en se focalisant sur la longévité et la performance. Pour une utilisation optimale, l'opérateur doit lire le manuel d'instruction avant de se servir du broyeur. Ce support contient toutes les procédures d'utilisation, les mesures de sécurité à observer, l'entretien et des exemples de dépannages.

    REGLES DE SECURITE 1 - LISEZ ET COMPRENEZ LE MANUEL D'INSTRUCTION AVANT L'UTILISATION DU BROYEUR. Ne mettez pas en marche la machine avant de connaître son fonctionnement. Il est conseillé d'interdire l'usage de cet appareil aux personnes de moins 16 ans ainsi qu'à celles ne connaissant pas les consignes d'utilisation.

    UTILISATION Respect des horaires Les broyeurs ne peuvent être utilisés les dimanche et jours fériés. De plus, des restrictions régionales peuvent s'appliquer. L'information peut être obtenue auprès des autorités compétentes. Nous recommandons de porter des gants de sécurité, des lunettes de sécurité et des bouchons d'oreilles pour votre sécurité personnelle en travaillant avec le broyeur.

    ENTRETIEN ET REGLAGE 1. Entretien du broyeur Vérification de la sécurité opérationnelle Examinez tous les vis et boulons : serrage et réglage après les premières heures de travail puis à intervalles réguliers. Vérifiez l'état des lames avant chaque utilisation pour éviter tout type de risques. Les lames émoussées ou usées réduisent la puissance de broyage et entraînent un enroulement évident des matériaux autour du broyeur.

    ASSEMBLY Carefully read these instructions and this manual in its entirety, before you attempt to operate your new shredders. Your new shredder/chipper has been pre-assembled at the factory, with the exception of those parts left unassembled for shipping purposes. All parts such as nuts, washers, bolts, etc. necessary to complete the assembly have been attached on the machine.

Operating the shredder Attaching the connecting cable Note:A connecting cable with a minimum quality of H05RN-F according to DIN 57 282/VDE 0282 and a rubber-coated connector (minimum cross sector 1.5 mm2) is required to operate the shredder. The weibang safety cable fulfills these requirements.
  • Page 46 OPERATION CONT'D... Time restrictions Shredders may not be used on Sundays and Bank holidays. Further more, regional restrictions may be applicable (e.g. to safeguard midday rests). Information can be obtained from the pertinent authorities. We recommend wearing safety gloves, protective goggles and ear muffs for personal safety when working with the chopper.

    SERVICE AND ADJUSTMENT 1. . Servicing the shredder Checking the operational safety Check all screws and bolts for a tight fit after the first few hours of work and then again at random intervals. Check the condition and tight fit of the shredder blades before each use to avoid any risks. Blunt or worn shredders reduce the shredding power and become apparent by material winding itself around the shredder.
