FUNCTIONS
TIME: Shows the exercise time. You may set a target time by pressing the UP and/or
DOWN buttons (1min ~ 99 min) in 1 minute increments.
TIME / 500M: Your average time to reach 500 meters is automatically displayed.
SPM: Strokes per minute.
DISTANCE: Preset a target value by pressing the UP and/or DOWN buttons (0 ~ 99,900
meters), 100 meters increments.
Note: It is not possible, to preset both values of time and distance in one workout!
STROKES: Set a target value by pressing the UP and/or DOWN buttons (0~99,990 stro-
kes). 10 strokes increments.
TOTAL STROKES: Accumulates total strokes.
CALORIES: Set a target value by pressing the UP and/or DOWN buttons (10~9,990 Cal).
10 cal increments.
PULSE: Computer shows the pulse frequency of the user during workout (wireless
chest belt must be put on).
A+: If „A+" appears, the average values of the respective function (time, calories, pul-
se) are displayed.
Operation of the computer
Quick start: Select „Quick Start" with UP/DOWN and press START/STOP. Use ENTER
button to change the function display during workout. The graphical display shows 16
rows - each row represents 100 meters of rowing.
Standard workout: Select „STANDARD" with UP/DOWN and press ENTER. Now choo-
se one of the 5 possible modes:
for your workout and press START/STOP. Preset values are counting down, other values
are counting up. Press RESET after a preset value reached 0 to end the workout.
Target single workout: Select „TARGET SINGLE" with UP/DOWN and press ENTER.
Now choose one of the 4 possible modes:
D - Single THR (Pulse preset between 90 and 200 beats per minute)
Press START/STOP to start the workout. The computer will emit a beep beep sound
when the heart rate is higher than the set THR.
