be dangerous! Repairs by unauthorised persons or changes to the
appliance breach the water and dust tightness of the appliance and
cause the warranty and liability of the manufacturer to be
cancelled.
7. If the electric cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the
manufacturer or its service employee or persons with similar
qualifications to prevent risks.
Deviations of points <5>, <6>, <7> can cause damage, fire and/or
personal injury. This cancels the warranty and the manufacturer,
importer and/or supplier do not accept any liability for the
consequences.
Installation
The Eurom Golden Comfort infrared heater encloses two parts:
- the real heater with cord, plug and connection piece
- the mounting bracket with dowels, screws etc.
 Remove all package material and check the appliance, supply cord and the plug
for signs of damage.
 Pay attention to the mounting place for
your heater. The appliance has to be
mounted on an incombustible foundation.
That foundation has to be vibration free,
exact vertical and stable enough for
lastingly holding the appliance free of
problems. Check or the provided dowels
and screws are suitable, strong enough and
qualified for the foundation. The material
provided is identified for a brick wall; for
another foundation please ask the specialist
for suitable material.
 Check before mounting or the minimum
safe mounting distances between heater
and environment are strictly followed. The
distance between the bottom edge of the
appliance and the floor must be at least 1,8
meter. There must be a distance of at least
0,3 meter between the appliance and the
ceiling, roof or other cover. If the covers
consist of flammable material (for example,
canvas etc.), the distance has to be at least
1 meter and if you focus the radiator
upwards, at least 2 meter. There must be a
distance of at least 0,5 meter at each side between the appliance and walls or
