10:00). Press START to begin the
workout. Time begin to count down and
the monitor will show (RPM) / (TIME) /
(WATT) / (HEART RATE) / (SPEED) /
(CALORIES) / (DISTANCE) values.

than the target watt value, the display
will show the symbol

to remind the user to slow down.

exercise you will need to wear the chest
band (Not included). Fig.3.
